Pooping. You do it. I do it. We all do it! We every throw celebrations when our 2 year old niece or nephew does it! And since we’re all about awesomely healthy living here at DRPHOENYX.COM, today’s topic will be all about awesomely healthy pooing. Which is a very important topic indeed because I’ve been told that a good number of you aren’t having the best pooing experience. In fact, it’s reported that 20 percent of people suffer from constipation, and a big reason why this is happening is because we’re not all practicing great pooing habits. That understood, today I’ll be sharing 6 habits everyone start practicing everyday in order to start pooing like a rockstar.
