HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping is via USPS First Class or USPS Priority. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 days from ship date (US orders). *For International orders we also ship via USPS, and estimated delivery times to each country is varied and based on USPS’s international delivery times.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
All shipped orders will receive an email confirmation with USPS tracking information. Please use the USPS tracking information provided by us to track your package and receive notification about your estimated delivery date.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
US orders: We ship via USPS and offer Flat Rate Shipping of $5.99 (for one item) or $6.99 (for two or more items).
International orders: We ship via USPS, and International Shipping fees are calculated based on USPS rates.
DO YOU WHOLESALE?
Yes! We offer wholesale to retailers who have a valid resale license. If you would like to sell to sell our products in your store, please contact our customer service. A reply email will be sent to you within 1-3 business days and you will be required to provide a copy of your resale license, after which we will also send you our wholesale price sheet.
DO YOU HAVE AN AFFILIATE OR AMBASSADOR PROGRAM?

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please be advised, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been packaged and shipped. So if you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately (with your order #) and if your order has not yet been packaged and/or shipped we will be happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Due to the nature of our products, please be advised that all sales are considered final and requests for refunds will ONLY be granted in the following 2 cases: 1) an order that has not yet been shipped, or 2) an unopened package in its original state has been returned to us.
In the case of any refund request due to an error on our part, we’ll gladly issue a full refund plus the return shipping costs.
If you wish to cancel an order and request a refund, please notify us immediately via our contact form.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS LOST OR DAMAGED?
All orders from our shop will receive USPS tracking number via email and please be advised that once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for products that may become damaged or lost in transit by USPS. In the unfortunate case that that your order is damaged or lost during transit you will need to contact USPS directly (or your local post office) and provide them with the necessary information to locate your package.
