HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping is via USPS First Class or USPS Priority. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 days from ship date (US orders). *For International orders we also ship via USPS, and estimated delivery times to each country is varied and based on USPS’s international delivery times.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
All shipped orders will receive an email confirmation with USPS tracking information. Please use the USPS tracking information provided by us to track your package and receive notification about your estimated delivery date.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
US orders: We ship via USPS and offer Flat Rate Shipping options based on total package weight.
International orders: We ship via USPS, and International Shipping fees are also calculated based on total package weight.
ABOUT OUR NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS
All of our nutritional supplements are manufactured and packaged in the US according to the highest GMP standards in an FDA registered facility. Our nutritional supplements are intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Pregnant or nursing women, children under 18, and individuals with any pre-existing medical condition should consult with your health care provider before using any of our products. Our products are manufactured and packaged in a facility which may also process milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish.
DO YOU WHOLESALE?
Yes! We offer wholesale to retailers and love to partner with nutrition/health and beauty professionals who love our products. If you would like offer our products in your store and/or to your clients, please contact our customer service. A reply email will be sent to you within 1-2 business days and you will be required to provide additional business info, after which we will also send you our wholesale price sheet.
DO YOU HAVE AN AFFILIATE OR AMBASSADOR PROGRAM?

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please be advised, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been packaged and shipped. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately (with your order #) and if your order has not yet been packaged and/or shipped we will be happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY?
If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to cancel/refund your order, please notify us immediately via our contact form. If your order is still processing and has not yet shipped, we will be happy to honor your request to cancel your order and issue you a full refund.
Customers are eligible for a full refund or a store credit in the following cases:
Customers will be eligible for a full refund when they send back unopened products within 30 days of receiving them. If products have been opened, customers will receive store credit when they send back the opened products within 30 days of receiving them. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we have sent you the wrong product, and we do not issue refunds or store credit past 30 days of purchase.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS LOST OR DAMAGED?
All orders from our shop will receive USPS tracking number via email and please be advised that once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for products that may become damaged or lost in transit by USPS. In the unfortunate case that that your order is damaged or lost during transit you will need to contact USPS directly (or your local post office) and provide them with the necessary information to locate your package.
