Refund & Return Policy
Canceling an Order
Please be advised, we cannot cancel an order once it has been packaged and shipped. However, if your order has not yet shipped and you wish to cancel your order, please Contact Us immediately with your Order #. If your order is still processing and has not yet shipped, we will be happy to honor your request to cancel your order and issue you a full refund.
We guarantee the quality of all of our products, and we ask that you notify us of any problem with your order by the next business day after receipt of your order. Unopened orders are eligible for a refund, and any returned, unopened products are subject to a restocking fee equal to the shipping cost provided on your order.
We do not accept returns on packages once they have been open. For unopened packages our return policy lasts 30 days after the date of purchase. If it has been more than 30 days since the date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by our company, and our company reserves the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same original packaging. If the item was damaged upon receiving it, you may be eligible for a return. Please direct all questions and concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org or Contact Us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 2 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Banks and credit card companies typically require a 3-5 day processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be eligible refunded, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the event of a defective or damaged item, please Contact Us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, a restocking fee equal to the cost of originally shipping your order to you will also be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75 to us, we strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit when shipped to our address.
