Shipping Information

We process and ship orders within 24 hours of your order being placed. Orders placed after 11:59AM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST. Holidays excluded.

U.S. SHIPPING METHODS

For Contiguous US (Lower 48 States):

Dr. Phoenyx’s Shop offers Flat Rate ground shipping for all our products shipped within the Contiguous US. We ship orders using USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. The shipping class and cost will be determined based on the total weight of your package at the time of checkout. We offer Courtesy Free Shipping for all US orders of $75 or more.

For Non-Contiguous US (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico):

Dr. Phoenyx’s Shop also offers Flat Rate USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail shipping for all our products shipped to the Non-Contiguous US. The shipping class and cost will be determined based on your total package weight at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Dr. Phoenyx’s Shop offers International Flat Rate USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail shipping for all our products shipped to select countries. The shipping class and cost will be determined based on your total package weight at checkout. We do not offer Free Shipping for International orders.

SHIPPING TIMES

US Shipping times vary between carriers, but in most cases will take between 3-5 business days upon the order being processed. For International orders we ship via USPS, and estimated delivery times to each country are varied and based on USPS’s international delivery times.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

After your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing one or more USPS tracking numbers and through which service.

LOST PACKAGE

All orders from our Shop will receive a USPS tracking number via email notification. Please be advised that once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for packages that may become damaged or lost in transit by USPS or the mail carrier. In the unfortunate case that your order is damaged or lost during transit you will need to contact USPS directly (or your local post office) and provide them with your USPS tracking number to locate your package.
