Hey ladies! I’m sure you’ve all heard of the expression “Beauty Sleep” and there is so much truly to that phrase because getting a good night’s sleep is one of the most important (and oftentimes neglected) healthy habits that you should do your best to stay up on if you’re looking to preserving your pretty.
