And for those of you how like Spoiler Alerts, the 4 tips are as follows:
Tip #1 – Practice good “sleep hygiene” by having a set time that you go to bed and a set time that you wake up, and stay consistent with that. Also try your best to get 6-8 hours of sleep a night.
Tip #2 – Turn off ALL the electronics in your bedroom before you go to sleep, except for your alarm clock. And never go to sleep with the TV on. The goal here ladies is to eliminate lights and sounds (aka distractions) that can disrupt for sleep cycle.
Tip #3 – As soon as you wake up, drink a glass of water. This will help prevent dehydration, which can be a very common cause of fatigue, low energy, and morning tiredness.
