Question: Can eating certain foods help prevent and get rid of cellulite?
The answer is… Yes!
Studies show that up to 90% of women get cellulite at some point in their lives. So what is cellulite? Well, in the simplest terms, cellulite refers to the fat deposits under your skin that push up against the overlying connective tissue, which then causes that “dimply” appearance on the skin’s surface that drives so many women crazy during swimsuit season.
