BOOKS, SELF CARE

My Gratitude Journal for Women is Here! *New Book Release*

Happy New Year! Wow, time flies! We’ve now officially entered 2022, and for the past 2 years, I’ve been MIA from social media working behind the scenes in “my lab” on a few exciting projects that I look forward to sharing this new year. 2022 is truly going to be an AMAZING year! *wink*

But before we get to those future announcements, I’m super excited to share one of the projects I was quietly working on – my new book, a Gratitude Journal for Women that I released on December 12! Check out one of my lovely Amazon reviews below😍. (And FYI, I also released a children’s coloring book earlier this year!)

Ladies, words can’t express how overjoyed and proud I am to share my latest book with you because writing is my greatest passion, and I’ve been journaling since my early teens. I literally have STACKS and STACKS of old journals I’ve written in since I was in middle school, and I’ve shared many times on my blog how journaling is one of my most important daily rituals because it’s an essential form of self-care. In fact, I believe that daily journaling is hands-down one of the simplest yet most powerful ways to transform your mind and your life, and that’s why I strongly advocate journaling for women as a way to boost happiness, self-esteem, mental clarity, and self-awareness. And numerous studies back this up as well!

Remember ladies, a healthy and happy woman is the most beautiful woman of all! And overall, 2021 has been an amazing year filled with many blessings and I have so much to be happy and grateful for. Moreover, this recent pandemic turned out to be a HUGE blessing in disguise because not only was I able to work on so many fun creative projects behind the scenes, I was also able to mentally “reset” and experience a level of immense gratitude and appreciation for my health, as well as the health of my family and friends that I had unconsciously taken for granted.

That said, I’ll keep this blog post short and sweet because I have to head back to “my lab.” Work calls, and I have miles and miles to go before I sleep! *you get extra cool points if you can recognize this bit of prose from a very prolific writer*

Thank you to all the women who have followed me through the years, who have supported my mission, and who continue to inspire me to create content and books that inspire you. I love you all, and I can’t wait to see so much more of you in 2022!

Stay Beautiful!

XOXO,

Dr. Phoenyx
