And unlike most “traditional” weight loss diets that focus on how much you eat or what you eat (aka counting calories) in order to lose weight, intermittent fasting steps things up a notch by also requiring that you focus on when you eat. Overall, intermittent fasting is a very effective way to lose weight and burn more body fat. Plus, intermittent fasting comes with tons of health and beauty benefits too!
